ask businesses to post our flyer

Lumpia prep-May 19 before and after worship service

WEDNESDAY, May 22: Chirashi ingredients cooked
THURSDAY, May 23: Prepare Curry 9am-12pm, 1-5pm
FRIDAY, May 24: All day Clean Kato hall, tables, shelves, floors

Udon cooking, and dashi prep 9am start
cutting ribs in preparation for boiling

SATURDAY, May 25: Manju will start at 8:00 a.m., packing finished in afternoon. Prepare Chirashi ingredients, spam musubi and chicken salad

Package fortune cookies
Wash rice cooling trays, metal and plastic serving trays

Afternoon: Clean up kitchen

Set up tables social hall and Issei chapel
Wash dishes and bowls for curry and udon
Set up Silent Auction

SUNDAY, May 26:
6:00 a.m. Rice cooking begins
6:00 a.m. Ribs begin boiling
6:30 a.m. BBQ Begins
8:15 a.m. Rice fanning
8:45 a.m. Inarizushi and chirashi preparation begins; plating
9:15 a.m. Box lunch assembly begins in Issei Chapel

Set up outside area
Udon and curry serving prep
Rice cooking continues for unagi, box dinner, curry
Unagi cooking and plating
10:30 a.m. Worship service in social hall

Prepare for counter sales of food, and box lunch counter
Price baked goods
Boil water for tea
11:30 Finish dining table setup
Noon to 4pm Bazaar open for business; anyone arriving earlier will be
directed to entertainment in parking lot
4:00 p.m. CLEAN UP. THANK YOU!
