BAZAAR MAJOR SCHEDULE CHANGES!!
NOTE BIG CHANGES ON SATURDAY and SUNDAY!

WEDNESDAY, May 23: Chirashi ingredients cooked
THURSDAY, May 24:  Curry
FRIDAY, May 25:  Udon cooking, start time TBD
cutting ribs in preparation for boiling
SATURDAY, May 27:   Manju will start at 8:00 a.m., packing finished in afternoon.
Chirashi ingredients chopped, spam musubi and chicken salad
Afternoon:   clean up kitchen and set up tables

SUNDAY, May 27:
6:00 a.m.           Rice cooking begins
6:00 a.m.           Ribs begin boiling
6:30 a.m.         BBQ Begins
8:15 a.m.           Rice fanning
8:45 a.m.           Inarizushi and chirashi preparation begins
9:15 a.m.           Box lunch assembly begins in Issei Chapel
Noon           Bazaar open for business;  anyone arriving earlier will be directed to entertainment in parking lot
